At Pie Matrix, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pie Matrix account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
